Who we are
The data controller for personal information collected through this website is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company no. 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Work you order is contracted with S&K Glazing Limited (company no. 14088194), which receives your enquiry details to survey, quote and carry out the work.
What we collect
When you send a form, use the design tool, chat or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the property details and anything else you tell us. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data about which pages are viewed.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote and carry out the work (steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract), and to keep records we are required to keep by law. We use analytics only with your consent.
Who we share it with
Our form processor (Web3Forms), live chat provider (Tawk.to), Google Analytics if you consent, WhatsApp if you message us there, and our installation team. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@crittallstylescreens.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
